I like to think of myself as an educator more than just a trainer. For more than a decade now, I’ve been involved in human capital development. For some it’s just a fancy way of saying I’m into human resource development. Perhaps they’re right.
Organizational Development is also a focal point in the corporate trainings I do. OD is important in any industry wanting to improve their company. It's a broad topic but it can be distilled into Productivity from Better Relationships.
But more than just training employees, I’ve found myself in front of sales professionals ranting and raving on how to sell professionally. Well to may dismay many still are in the habit of appalling practices.
